The show, which has yet to receive a title or air date, will "celebrate the joys of cooking, gardening, entertaining, and friendship" and is part of Meghan and Harry's $100 million Netflix deal. In conversation about the new project, a Hollywood source told The Daily Beast: "It all went well, and it is in the can."

The show was filmed at a property two miles from Meghan's Montecito mansion, which she and Prince Harry, 39, share with their children Archie, two, and Lilibet, two.

Meghan (seen in September, 2023) said the show will 'celebrate the joys of cooking, gardening, entertaining, and friendship'

Meghan was recently spotted in a Los Angeles park taking part in a photoshoot, spurring rumors of new material for the upcoming project. The mother-of-two was caught on TikTok participating in what fans speculated was a shoot for a new endeavor.

The clip appeared to show Meghan having the sleeve of her tracksuit adjusted by a stylist in Beverly Hills, near a popular celebrity-loved coffee spot called Alfred's.

However, the Hollywood insider said it was unlikely related to the new project because the team had already "got everything" they needed.

The project commenced filming days after Meghan sent out exclusive pots of homemade jam from her brand, American Riviera Orchard, to her nearest and dearest.

A film permit application exclusively obtained by DailyMail.com showed filming took place in two separate locations.

In April, Meghan spent the day surrounded by the blooms of Florabundance, a florist ten minutes' drive from Montecito in the coastal California town of Carpinteria.

The day after, production trucks lined the driveway of a $5 million property set in eight acres of avocado trees and lemon groves in a gated community in Montecito for filming.

Security vehicles guarded both of the 4,500-square-foot home's entrances.

The property where Meghan filmed is owned by Tom and Sherrie Cipolla, who are prominent figures in the Montecito community. They are known for their philanthropy, including hosting fundraisers for local causes such as the Storyteller Center, a therapeutic preschool for children facing adversities.

DailyMail.com revealed Meghan did not use her Montecito mansion to film the show, but instead, the kitchen of philanthropists Tom and Sherrie Cipolla (pictured)

Tom, aged 75, and Sherrie, aged 69, are parents to two adult children and have a substantial property portfolio worth more than $20 million, which includes two dozen buildings in Los Angeles County and Santa Barbara. Their home provided a picturesque backdrop for Meghan's project, reflecting the luxurious and scenic surroundings of Montecito.

In addition to their property investments, Tom and Sherrie Cipolla operate a successful physical therapy practice that achieved sales exceeding $1.3 million last year.

When asked by DailyMail.com, Sherrie Cipolla declined to comment on the specific purpose of the film crew currently stationed at their home.

Meghan's upcoming show will be directed by Michael Steed, known for his work on Anthony Bourdain's Emmy-winning series "Parts Unknown." Behind the scenes, Leah Hariton, the showrunner for Selena Gomez's HBO cooking show "Selena + Chef," is also part of the team, bringing her expertise to Meghan's new project.

The film permit obtained by DailyMail.com revealed that Alex Dandino, the production manager of another show, is also involved in Meghan's venture into the culinary world, suggesting the possibility of professional chefs joining her for a cook-along.

This show is a significant part of Meghan and Harry's commitment to fulfill their $100 million Netflix deal signed in 2020. Their statement at the time emphasized their focus on highlighting courage, resilience, and connection through diverse community stories and global causes, aiming to inform and inspire.

The couple's first launch on Netflix was their six-part documentary 'Harry and Meghan' which was released in 2022 where the pair made swipes at the royal family

In addition to her show, Meghan plans to expand her brand, American Riviera Orchard, to include a wide range of household products. This includes skincare, makeup, gardening tools, scented candles, and even dog food, reflecting her diverse interests and entrepreneurial spirit.

In March, Meghan's brand, American Riviera Orchard, was launched on Instagram and has bene likened to her now defunct blog The Tig

Fashion designer Tracy Robbins posted a picture of Meghan's jam, which had the logo for American Riviera Orchard and 'Montecito' underneath
