How to use it
- Mix apple vinegar and water within the ratio of 1:3.
- After cleansing the skin, gently apply the mixture to the skin using a cotton ball.
- Chill for 5–20 seconds, rinse with water, and pat dry.
- Repeat the steps twice per day.
Take zinc supplements
Zinc is an essential nutrient that your body needs. It helps cell growth, hormone production, metabolism and protects the immune system by fighting harmful cells. Zinc has anti-inflammatory properties that may help relieve moderate or severe acne.It may even help reduce the looks of acne scars. You can also obtain zinc from foods, such as beans, dairy products, fortified cereals, nuts, oysters, poultry, red meat, and whole grains.

How to use it
You may apply pure aloe Vera cream instead of a traditional cleanser to prevent acne breakouts. The antibacterial properties of aloe Vera help remove bacteria from the skin, reducing the development of acne. And to treat the already existing acne, apply the cream to the affected area, leave it on overnight and wash it off in the morning.You can add pure gel to lemon juice. The citric acid in lemons helps to treat acne. Since lemon juice is acidic, the addition of aloe Vera gel may stop the lemon juice from irritating the skin. Make a face mask by mixing aloe Vera gel and lemon juice in a ratio of 8 to 1, spread it evenly in the face without touching the eyes, and wash off the mask after 10 minutes.
Cinnamon, honey, and aloe Vera: Mix 2tablespoons of honey, 1tablespoon of aloe Vera, and a teaspoon of cinnamon. Make a face mask, leave for 10 minutes and wash off with warm water.
Coconut oil, sugar, and aloe Vera: Make your scrub at home by mixing equal parts of sugar and coconut oil with half amount of aloe Vera. Scrub the face and then rinse the face after. The grains in sugar help remove dead layers of skin. Studies suggest that lauric acid in coconut oil may help to fight acne.

Omega-3 fatty acids are healthy fats that offer various health benefits. You can get these fats by including certain kinds of food in your diet, such as salmon, sardines, anchovies, walnuts, chia seeds, and ground flax seeds. Fish oils contain eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid. These decrease inflammatory factors and hence reduce the risk of acne.Exfoliate regularly
Exfoliation is the removal of the top layer of dead skin cells. You can use a brush or scrub physically. - Mix equal parts sugar and copra oil .
